It is not very often that a mosquito net gets holes or tears, but when it does, you have to take action.

Mosquito net nets are actually cheap and if the damage is substantial it may be worth changing the whole net.

This only makes sense, however, when the net is not embedded in a fixed structure.

In the latter case, in fact, it is more convenient to close the hole or tear with a "patch", since there are many tools on the market to remedy this problem.

Do you usually have to call in a handyman to repair the mosquito net? No need to waste your money when you can repair the net with an adhesive patch, a permanent sticker that works like magic!

The Screen Repair Patch is one of the quickest, easiest and most cost-effective ways to repair your net.

This is the do-it-yourself solution that allows you to fix rips and tears in your fly screen material in less than 60 seconds.

It instantly and easily repairs damaged netting with a permanent adhesive that is really easy to apply.

The result is a strong, permanent and good-looking repair for both cuts and holes in the insect screen.

How to proceed

The first thing to do is to cut out any frayed parts of the insect screen, in case it is a hole.

If it is a clean cut, you can also leave the part as it is.

The next step is to clean the insect screen mesh thoroughly, which, as we know, tends to accumulate dirt and dust.

The part in question should therefore be degreased, washed and then dried with a lint-free cloth.

After cutting out a repair piece of the appropriate size, place it or glue it onto the damaged area of the mosquito net, dry it for at least 60 seconds and the net is as good as new.

Admittedly, the patch area will be visible, especially in certain light conditions, but overall the patch will not look particularly unsightly and, more importantly, it will be effective.

Screen Repair Patch is only one of the possible solutions for repairing a damaged mosquito net.

There are also net tapes, which work in a similar way.

Of course, the most serious problem arises when the tear occurs right next to the insect screen frame, as there is no physical space to connect the two parts on either side of the tear.
